📋 How to Submit Your Finder Report
Step 1 — Find the QR code on your duck's tag.
The tag attached to your duck has a unique QR code that's linked directly to this family's Adventure Log and finder form.
Step 2 — Scan the QR code.
Use your phone or tablet camera to scan it. This will open the finder form that's connected specifically to this duck's family — so your report goes straight to the right place!
Step 3 — Fill in your discovery details.
The form will ask you for a few fun details:
- The duck's number (printed on the tag)
- Where you found it
- A message for the family
- An optional photo of your discovery!
Step 4 — Submit and celebrate! 🎉
Once submitted, your report will appear directly in the family's Adventure Log. You're now officially part of this duck's story — and part of the flock!
